Will Cover Oregon be available to larger employers in the future?

When it launches in 2014, Cover Oregon will serve employers with 50 or fewer employees. Beginning in 2016, employers with up to 100 employees can participate. Beyond 2016, groups of 101 or more may use Cover Oregon subject to approval from HHS.

House Bill 4164, passed by the 2012 Legislature, creates an option for Oregon school districts to participate in Cover Oregon starting in October 2015.
