Later in October, you'll be able to find out your actual savings on private plans, or whether you are eligible for  theOregon Health Plan and Healthy Kids. You’ll also be able to enroll in a plan—either with the help of a certified insurance agent or community partner, or on your own online. No matter when you enroll between now and Dec. 15, coverage starts Jan. 1, 2014. Oregon Healthy Plan and Healthy Kids enrollment can happen at any time.
