Just a reminder, Cover Oregon is not quite open yet, delays due to computer problems:

Later in October, you'll be able to find out your actual savings on private plans, or whether you are eligible for  the Oregon Health Plan and Healthy Kids. You’ll also be able to enroll in a plan—either with the help of a certified insurance agent or community partner, or on your own online. No matter when you enroll between now and December 15th, coverage starts  January 1, 2014.
